When you interact with MamaGas through our website, mobile applications, social media, customer support or delivery services, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, payment details, order history and device information. This information enables us to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, verify transactions, improve our services and comply with legal obligations.
We also use your information for our own marketing activities, including sending refill reminders, safety tips, special offers, new product announcements and promotions. In addition, with your consent or where permitted by law, we may share relevant information with our trusted business partners to offer you complementary products and services, including insurance, financing and other value-added services that may benefit you. MamaGas does not sell your personal information. We only share your data with authorised service providers, payment processors, delivery partners, licensed insurance providers and government authorities where required by law. Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds may be approved where payment has been made but an order cannot be fulfilled, duplicate payments have been received, incorrect charges have been applied, or an order is cancelled before dispatch. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
Due to the nature of LPG products, we cannot provide refunds for gas that has already been delivered and consumed, delivery charges after successful delivery, or accessories that have been used, damaged through misuse or altered after purchase.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product or accessory, please notify us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, replace the item or arrange another suitable resolution. Customers should inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any concerns immediately.
LPG Safety & Compliance
MamaGas operates in accordance with Kenyan safety and energy regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring LPG cylinders and accessories are used safely and according to manufacturer guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse the filling or exchange of unsafe, damaged or illegally modified cylinders.
